Usually my CPU monitor triggers, CPU >90% for 5 minutes.

R&D LPAR
8205-E6C 1.0 CPU about 8,000 CPW, 80gb mem, 10k spinny
10 minutes to stop, ADMIN2 job need end *immed, 8 minutes to start

Production LPAR
8205-E6C 1.5 CPU about 12,000 CPW, 160gb mem, 100% SSD
30 seconds to stop, 5 minutes to start

Takes about 1hr to start on systems with only 2GB and 480CPW.

It's Java and am guessing it has to load a bunch of class files at startup.

10 minutes to start.
Especially the ADMIN2 job.
Nothing else running on system.
All resources available for stop/start.
