× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I've been wondering that for years. I just attributed it to very bloaty
Java that's being run.

10 minutes seems a little long, though. Have you checked the job logs
after starting for any clues? My 41A it starts up pretty quick.

Especially the ADMIN2 job.
Nothing else running on system.
All resources available for stop/start.
