Subject: Source code searching tool

What tools are out there to do source code analysis for display files, print
files, RPG (all flavors), RPG with embedded SQL and maybe even java source?
To answer question like "Where is this file used?" "Where can this field get
updated?" "What programs use this table (physical file)?" "What reports
contain this field?" Abstract was our tool but it does not deal with free
format RPG or SQL or Java so we are looking for an new option.

Thanks

Mike Cunningham
