I think your biggest issue is what are your plans when you want to upgrade
your hardware?
You definitely didn't buy "all source". There's still a software key.
What is your DR plan? If that box burns your company will have to file
bankruptcy because it will take you a few weeks to negotiate with Infor
for a new key to run on a new box when you are not current on maintenance.
Does your company have 7 figures handy to wire to Infor to catch up and
pay penalties for dropping maintenance?

There's quite a few companies who have learned the hard way. The really
hard way, that these are not exaggerations. Ok, maybe just the high 6
figures instead of 7 but that may depend on how long you've dropped
maintenance.
