I suppose you meant using RPG, but you didn't say that, and this isn't
the RPG list. So I will mention that there is plenty of open source
software that you can run on the i (usually in PASE, but not always)
which will handle JSON.
One option that isn't in PASE (but also isn't for RPG) is
iSeriesPython, which has a JSON module in its standard library.
