No. At least not that I've heard of with OS stuff.

You'd be better off doing a web app to collect the data you need. You can
make PDFs that will make requests to a web server similar to how a web page
form does, but from what I've seen it's more trouble that it's worth.

FWIW, the current PDF generator for this particular customer was probably
one of my first forays into using an AFP print file, rather than just SCS,
because while it does use AFP functionality and fomts, it still uses an
overlay rather than page segments.
