These don't or shouldn't change. They haven't for over 15 years.

You also can edit them for many other settings... I prefer it because the
"Wizard" sucks and just messes up things, especially config files.

You didn't mention how you turned off autostart for it.

Look at the instance file for it (QUSRSYS/QATMHINSTC member (instance)) to
see if it has -AutostartN in it.
