I know better than to paste a link from IBM without including an abstract with sufficient keywords to find the article in a web search because the link is sure to break; I just visited that to get a 404. Argh!

I have no idea to what that should have pointed, what I thought I found that might be interesting; I suspect possibly some info about TCP/IP HIPer. Anyhow, the following is of possible interest:
