Question about syspartitionstat table -- MIDRANGE-L

I have three files in a library that I am testing with.

TESTSQL - Created via a CREATE TABLE.

TESTDDS - Created via DDS.

TESTPF - Created via CRTPF specifying a record length instead of DDS.

When I query syspartitionstat, I only see TESTSQL and TESTDDS. Why am I not
seeing TESTPF?

We are running 6.1 if that makes a difference.
