I am a fan of the ESEND package that can distribute from outq's or IFS files,
which sounds like the two capabilities you are going to need, currently and in the future.

It has the capability to find and distribute to different users based on Page Headers.
If that is a capability that you need, take a look at it too.

It was built by Advanced Systems Concepts (ASC) who made the SEQUEL product.
A.S.C.was acquired by Help/Systems in 2006 http://www.helpsystems.com

At $1500 it is a great product. The cost of two mandays.

Shouldn't be too difficult to find some Java, Python or PHP code that will
convert text to PDF.
