Group,
I have an excel spreadsheet that connects to an iSeries and brings back
data using a defined sql statement included in the ODBC connection.
I have been testing and would like to replace the "iSeries Access ODBC
Driver', to using the IBM DB2 for i IBMDA400 OLE DB PROVIDER, but with
using this driver, if the data on the iSeries is a packed decimal field,
it drops it completely from inserting this into EXCEL.
I have read the IBMDA400 driver can increase performance, but I can't seem
to get over the problem with the dropped "packed data decimal" fields.
