No I'm not getting any of the emails, that's the point behind my question
to others. We've waited as long as 24 hours for it to come through on
multiple orders from multiple people. V7R2 and V7R3 no issue at all.

took a long time from the time that initial e-mail response until I got the
actual e-mail with the FTP instructions ... far longer than I recall in the
past. Maybe just wait a while and see?
