Hi, Jim:

Did you at least get the initial "confirmation" e-mail confirming that Fix Central had gotten your request?

I noticed, about a week or so ago, when I ordered some Group PTFs, that it took a long time from the time that initial e-mail response until I got the actual e-mail with the FTP instructions ... far longer than I recall in the past. Maybe just wait a while and see?
