Or perhaps managing your own temp library so it can be used in scenarios when multiple jobs may need access to the table, but it's still expendable in the end.

Just make sure to clear it or delete non-essential tables regularly.

What's the difference between:

CREATE TABLE QTEMP.ABC ();

And

DECLARE GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABE ABS ();

Both create PF's in QTEMP. Is one better than the other?
