You can make sure the command has restricted access. Verify it has ALWLMTUSR as *NO - You can also change the ALLOW by removing the *INTERACT. That will prevent interactive use of the command. Then EDTOBJAUT - change *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE.

is there a way to turn off the FTP command from the iseries. I turned
off the tcp/ip ftp server via system i navigator, but im still able to
