That's the move policy part.

I agree there should be a MOVTAPCTG command so you could move 1 or more
named cartridge(s) from a specific location to another one. I quickly did
a search for an API that would do it but did into find one in my 20 second
search.

MOVMEDBRM doesn't allow movement of a specific vol id.

I don't want to move all tapes from one location to another; just a specific
tape.
