SQL Server itself has SSIS, which can do change tracking and replication from a remote server (the IBM i in this case). Very powerful, usually wants TIMESTAMP_LAST_CHANGED column but supposedly can be set up to handle things if you don't have that on an IBM i table/file. Recommended by my colleague here to set up an SSIS task for each table.

To clarify... I need a way that when record in physical file on the iSeries
is changed, created deleted... it is immediately sent to SQL Server.

Anyone aware of a product that will 'replicate' data as it is changed
to a SQL DB much like HA software like iTERA or MIMIX does between iSeries?

I'm not sure from that description what the destination is: another SQL
DB or an iSeries. Either way, Magic xpi is an option (

We recently implemented this for a Salesforce/JD Edwards integration and
couldn't be happier.
