To clarify... I need a way that when record in physical file on the iSeries
is changed, created deleted... it is immediately sent to SQL Server.

I'm not sure from that description what the destination is: another SQL
DB or an iSeries. Either way, Magic xpi is an option (

We recently implemented this for a Salesforce/JD Edwards integration and
couldn't be happier.
