the cabling is not an issue, verified with IBM. The issue seems to be controller or server firmware.
(Cabling is 2*X and 1*AA)

at the moment - biggest issue: the box is under IBM maintenance, but not booked into their systems yet,
so no IBMer will come until this process is finished... *argh*
