Well based on your discovery on the effects of restore I think whathappened is this: one of our products lets users set up a test bed ofevents from QAUDJRN. It creates a multi-member file to store eventrecords and uses a template file to base the new file on. One of ourcustomers found the template file and started to use that to store theirevents in. When they upgraded the software a new template file wasrestored with ALWOBJDIF(*ALL) and MBROPT(*ALL) which changed the maxmbrsback to 1. It then became unusable as a template since you couldn'tduplicate it without errors. So, a bang on the ear for the customer :)and a job for me to change the upgrade.
