So, what started this in the first place?
Rename the 'master' member?
Transaction file with a member name based on current 'batch', got restored 
over by a previous batch?
Do a temporary change of a file to add a YEAREND member, save it.  Purge 
member and change the max.  Later on, a restore restored the YEAREND 
member also?  (or some such thing?)
