Does the ADDSMTPLE with List Type *HOSTAUTH only allow one userid and pw to
use for authentication? i only ask because I dropped the IBM SMTP server
years ago because it's a big pain in the arse. :) Instead we user our
MAILTOOL/Plus product which bypasses IBM's SMTP and MSF system.
I ask because if you're using mutiple "from" addresses and it doesn't match
the auth information hosts may not send the email.
You can get a trace using our MAILTOOL and MAILTOOL Plus product that may
help with things. IT also allows the authentication at a a global level,
user level, or individual email level. Also uses SSL or TLS as well as
more than just BASIC or PLAIN authentication.
Contact me offline at bvstone at bvstools dot com and I'll be happy to help
you through things.

Is there a way to confirm that the authentication info I put in for the
SMTP connection is being used?

Does FMG use the same IP address as snddst? Or, is there only one IP
