FWiW: Nothing found conspicuously to match as a HANG, WAIT, or LOOP condition, but the APAR SE45572 "CA400EXP-OPNAV-DBASE SQL ASSIST NOT SWITCHING TABS" includes that component\feature [SQL ASSIST] by name. The PTF SI44594 for that APAR is not identified with any cumulative package name, and the latest supersede is PTF SI55797. All of that is for IBM i 7.1 aka V7R1M0.
