Feed back on the cover letter said, nope, they are not going to update the
cover letter.
Somehow the fact that I have to ENDTCPSVR *TELNET to apply this one is
different than the other one that I had to ENDTCPSVR *TELNET on. Either
that or the other one put it in their cover letter early and IBM isn't
really interested in retranslating the cover letter into a bazillion
languages again.
