The strongest selling point is the thousands of existing queries that can be
run through the CVTQRY routine in SEQUEL and then optimized to use the SQE.

The business analysts responsible for data mining are doing this all
themselves with no assistance from the offshore programmers (none of whom
would pass muster in your shop).
