From a quick look, it appeared RDX is up to 1.5TB...

RDX is a good choice for very small systems, but starts to get too small
for larger ones. (>500GB)

Even a used one would probably do.

They have quite a few models. I'd like to hear from people that have

as well as bad so I don't have problems with backups all the time.
