Nah, first there is RAID! That's one of the levels. There is also that the
drives are formatted to 520 byte sectors in order to make them RAID
candidate drives.
Don't worry the drives are what you ordered. :-)

As I went to install VIOS I was looking for the 'two' 146GB drives to
install on. What the system shows is a pair of 133GB drives. The 300GB
drives are reporting in as 270GB drives.
Can someone Enlighten ms as why with a straight out of the box fresh from
IBM system, I have lost 10% of my disk space? I thought with VIOS I would
be getting the advertised GB at least at this stage..
