I can use our customer list to whitelist the incoming messages, so that'd cut down on most of the SPAM.

Sounds like a nice workflow process for Domino to handle. If this was our shop I'd pawn this off on our Domino developers. Those guys are good.
They'd probably have it done by the end of the day. If it wasn't the the unique quote number I could whip that out in Domino just using automatic replies and forwarding.
Of course that would probably give the spammers a quote number also. Which they would interpret as "hey we got a live one!".
