As I understand it, REXX/400 was originally written in IBM SAA C/400, and
ran in the EPM environment (on top of OPM).
Around V3R2(?) IBM converted REXX from EPM C/400 to ILE C/400, mainly to
gain some performance improvements.
So, yes, technically REXX now runs in ILE.
