How are you sending the emails? Who's your email provider and what's set
up for your email router?
If you have the logs from them then either you're sending the directly or
you have access to your mail router's logs.
Do you have reverse DNS set up? That's been a big thing for a while for a
few providers lately and becoming more popular.
