Subject: AW: Converting a numeric date value to a DATE in SQL

Assumed your date is 8P 0 or 8S 0 and in the format YYYYMMDD, then is the easiest ways:

Date(Digits(YourNumdate) concat '000000')

Betreff: Converting a numeric date value to a DATE in SQL

All,
V6R1 system.
Using SQL, how do I convert a numeric value of a database field in ISO date format (ccyymmdd) to a DATE data type for comparison?
I need to select all records with a date that is equal to a value input by the user.

TIA,

Jeff Young
