Same here as Paul says, except we don't use X for Index.

Our file names generally end with a P for Physical, Lnn (L01 L02 L03 etc) for logicals.
We've more or less adopted Xnn (X01 X02 X03 etc) for indexes. But it's not a hard and fast rule-- some indexes use the L1 2 3 naming.
