Sorry, not sure. I don't use navigator. The SQL interface is too primitive (I expect syntax highlighting, intellisense these days. Once you have them you can't live without them). I used SQLDBx now, SQUirrel SQL client is pretty good though and free.

I infrequently use Navigator at My Connections > Databases > Run an SQL Script I will try to motivate myself to use Navigator.
