Rob beat me to it. But yes, ALL power5 and up machines (except Blades, of
course) can be connected to an HMC. You MIGHT have a not optimal situation
if the HMC is at 7.7.x but it's not Unsupported, just not optimal (Power5
only HMC's should stay at 7.3.5.xx IIRC).
