It's LANSA's apache configuration running.

Look in '/LANSA_dcxpgmlib/webserver/www/conf'

That was kind of the impression I got. Although until about a minute
ago, I had no idea what a "Lansa" is, and I still don't know much about

The weirdest part is that the port was apparently ripped out from
under Tomcat without anybody getting so much as a meow out of Tomcat.
I you were to do that with the TCP servers I've written, they'd either
crash, scream bloody murder, or both.
