RUNSQL was delivered with a PTF as part of the Database group if I
recall correctly so the V7 system needs to have reasonably recent PTFs
on it.

But RUNSQL and RUNSQLSTM are presumably two very different commands.

(I'd say, "<Emily Litella>Oh. That's very different. Nevermind.</Emily
Litella>," but I'm not entirely convinced that I'm the one who should be
saying it in this instance.)
