extended period... this is a little power 5 mirrored drives.
IBM said ... yes - it takes several more hours if mirrored
finally came up - but prob 9 hrs for the cume.
It was an old spin of the v6r1 base cd (i know..)- that added to the time involved.

Rob - v6 rather than v7 - it was all ordered when v7 1st appeared - but the install
was delayed literally a couple yrs...hope to replace server on next go round

That's applying PTFs in IBM i. Yep it can be an extended period
depending on the number of PTFs etc.

in the end, it's normal.
