Sounds like you might have a key mapping issue. Check the Citrix help to see if F13 is one of their special keys.

I don't usually have any issues.

HP or MAC machine perhaps :-) ?

I am logging in to my remote desktop from home using Citrix remote desktop.

When I want to use F13, I do shift-F1 and Citrix pops up a window asking if I want to end the session (which I don't).

I need F13 for a green-screen.

What is a good workaround that people have used?
