First off, you don't need to nor should you include IEXPLORE.EXE...
Instead, just send the URL and allow the default browser to open it...
STRPCCMD PCCMD('rundll32 shell32,ShellExec_RunDLL "' *CAT &LINK *TCAT '"')
Still you can hit the 123char limit quickly...
If your links all start the same, you can get away with a static batch
file....otherwise you'll want to build the batch file on the fly by
using the ECHO command ...there's examples in the acrhives...
