The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

No. RUNRMTCMD is for batch jobs, it doesn't play nicely with the
signed on user's desktop session.
However, I have gotten it to work after reconfiguring the service AND
making sure I send the command with the signed on users windows ID and
password.
