How do you remove routing entries that were created as part of the line and interface creation process (*DIRECT)? I can view the routes using netstat *rte but I only see the one I created manually in the route list. I see a reference to working with routing entries but I'll be danged if I can't find the command......

Pete,

Try removing everything but your default route, which should be pointed
to the gateway.

Remember; LAN console is connecting to the 'TCP short stack' that is
supported in the LIC. That is not the same network nor connection point
that IBM i is using, so having the console work and no other TCP/IP
functions work does make some small sense.
