I use them... if you find the right two plugs to use on either side,
it works great.  I had at first some cisco ones but they went out
after 3 years, and now I use a new set by Rocketfish and they're just
as good, if not better, and smaller:

If these are at your local best buy they're worth it for sure.  Most
new Powerline stuff is also compatible with other brands.

I run mine from my house to my shop which is about 200 feet away.  I
get about 3000kB/sec which is enough for streaming video it seems!
Netflix and slingbox work great.

It shouldn't be any different with an i...  should work just fine!
But find the right two plugs by using iperf on PCs on either end
first.  Find the best connection speed.
