I'm still learning iSeries things, but this seems to me a nice project to
learn how things work.

I will probably try it sunday (to script this).

(Thank you for giving me an idea to make something new, I'm still a student
who's learning OS/400, and I think it's quite interesting, but the amount
of knowledge they have on school was really, really small)

messages! If the message requires action it should NOT be allowed to hide!

What about a timer function that >DING!<s every 15 minutes to remind the
operator to check messages? Have some napkins available in case there's a
Pavlovian response!
