I'm just glad I'm not fighting with WAS - too many numbers and designations for the same thing - group ptf SF99363 level 9 is the same thing (or means) some other kind of group ptf 7.0.0.23 - and THAT 7 has nothing to do with OS.

And you thought TRs were nasty!!!

Added 7.0.0.23 Group PTF for V6R1
Note: The group PTF delivers fix pack 23 for version 7.0.
Additional steps are required to install the fix pack after
applying the group PTF.

The group ptf for WAS 7.0 on IBM i 7.1 is SF99363. This is at level 9 as
of 5/29/12.
