For that particular software vendor, it's normal.

Hi Paul

Here's the info for 7.1 as to this group -

Group: SF99363

<http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ibmi/doSelectFixes?options.select
edFixes=SF99363>

Release: V7R1M0
Abstract: WebSphere App Server V7.0
Level: 00009

No level 20 here - someone is quite confused, it seems.

The level for 6.1 of OS is 17

Sorry, no. I tried looking at

http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/86acab6961d02f8386257707005030d2/40d
b3628a8f6f6678625772100160cf9?OpenDocument
and saw "fix pack 23". You want fix pack 20 (for reasons known to you). I
tried searching all ptf cover letters for "fix pack 20" with no luck. 605
hits at ibm.com on 7.0.0.23 but only 3 on 7.0.0.20.

Good luck.
