Any of the free photo sites might work, as long as they don't require a login to view publicly posted pictures. You would have to have an account there to post, then post a public link to the content. Others on the list have used their own web sites to put pictures, PDFs or screen shots for clarification.

Photo bucket
Web shots
All of the above can do pictures, and make them public, and then you can post a link to the image.
If you are posting source code samples you can use code.midrange.com to hold he source, then post the link in your list entry or reply.
