That should suggest a "duplicate of the QSYS/QAQQINI" since the model file is in QSYS, and a duplicate of that model file existing in QUSRSYS is both optional and actually undesirable for most. Undesirable, because using the options should be the exception, whereas a copy in QUSRSYS activates the initialization options as system-wide defaults; rather than the exception, they would be the rule.
