Set JAVA_HOME (case-sensitive) environment variable in the job that starts tomcat. I typically set the variable and run java in a qshell script and run the script from the QSH command. When you installed tomcat, in the /bin directory there's a catalina.sh file that's there to set envirionment variables and run the java command that starts tomcat. Copy it over and modify it as necessary. Run your copy from the QSH command.

Im developing apps using EGL using JDK 1.6. I would like to be able to run this on the tomcat server, but not sure what i need to do.

Thanks.
