The files are in a V7.1, but I also use them from V5.3 and V5.2. The PTF may be usefull there, or I will have to finish the migration to be able to disconncet the V5.2 and upgrade the V5.3.

The above ptf is for V5R3. I didn't see a match in the V5R3 to V5R4 cross reference in SF97085, V5R3 to V6R1 cross reference in SF97074,. There is a match for V5R2, see apar SE19531at

If you are on a supported version of OS then I'd ask IBM WTF is going on here. This is abnormal.
