I don't have much experience with OCL and the 36 environment,
but I think your library list is worth a look, especially the possible
existence of a "Product" library (Type = PRD) or "Current" library
(Type = CUR). Also, use the DSPLIBL command as opposed
to EDTLIBL to perform your check....HTH
